What is an EIN?

It's a requirement of banks, and payment processors to provide services in the US. The IRS typically processes an EIN application for an LLC within a week. Once your EIN is issued, you can apply for business bank accounts and payment gateways.

What is a Registered Agent Service?

To form an LLC, you are legally required to appoint a registered agent to keep your company legally compliant and receive official notices. KickStartup acts as a Registered Agent between your company and the state. We'll receive and forward your legal documents.
